How to Make an Online Return
- Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return.
- Click here to log in and view your order history.
- Select the order you'd like to return and follow the instructions to submit a return request.
- Your return request will be reviewed within 1 business day and you will receive an email notification to let you know if it has been approved or denied.
If approved, you will receive a return label in your email. Affix this to the return shipment and pop in the mail! You will be refunded as soon as it is delivered back to the shop and inspected.
If your return is denied, please see the email for the reason why and refer to our return policy above. If you think we made a mistake, don't hesitate to reach out to us via email with additional information and we will be happy to make it right!
In Store Purchases
If you made your purchase at our location in Lavallette, NJ, the following policy applies:
Holiday Return Policy:
All gift purchases made in-store or online after November 1st, 2022 are refundable for store credit (with gift receipt) until January 8th, 2023.
Purchases being returned within 14 days are still eligible for full refund via original payment method as long as it is accompanied by original receipt.
